Real truth of mobile industry:

  • For a good phone customers see at its look, design, cameras, RAM and Storage, Processor, Display, Battery and of course value for money (price). It’s not possible to get all features in one phone. Day by day the demands for phones were increasing by taking of this some companies were launching new phones once in 2 months with slight changes, they will not consider customer needs just go on lunching the phones by this companies confusing the customers, they will fail to give good after sale services, software updates and unable to provide value for money phones.
  • In the name of software updates they will slow down the old phones and filled with bugs to damage the phone. Companies making customers fool by creating hype through advertisement. And when we talk about Online and Offline market, there is huge price differences is there. Mostly in offline the shop owner for his own profit sell the phones at higher prices and customers will not get good phones. Companies should stop launching more phones with little changes and should focus on customer’s needs.

China and Indian smartphone market:

  • Guys now a days around 70% of the Indian markets were occupied by Chinese company reaming is   occupied by Samsung, Apple,Asus and others. While no Indian companies were in competition. As Chinese companies offer good phones at cheaper prices people buy these phones more. Its companies don’t have their own R & D, manufacturing units/factories and other components of phone and non Chinese   phones were costly. So indirectly market is depends on China.
  • There were many security issues with Chinese phones people still buy them. As government has given some tax cuttings if companies setup their manufacturing /assembling units in India many of these companies just assemble these phones in India and label them as made in India. Indian companies should make a strong comeback.

I am not hating any companies nor promoting any companies , my intention was just to give information to the people .
